TakeStock is under active development, slated to be completed by early 2026. You can start using TakeStock right away by joining our Early Access Program, but TakeStock is not yet published for general use.

Payment ensures that those providing feedback and helping to shape TakeStock are truly looking for a solution for their business. We value feedback from real customers. The greatly reduced price is our way of saying thanks for provding your feedback and using the platform in its early stages.

TakeStock is specifically designed for smaller contractors, typically with between 2-10 technicians.

We started out as a consulting company. When initially asked to implement an inventory management solution for a client, we felt there was a void in the market for all-in-one platforms catered to small companies. TakeStock fills that void.

TakeStock is specifically designed for small companies, who typically are headed by a master tradesman. As such, their process and day to day activities are drastically different than large business. Software such as ServiceTitan and Pazerware is catered to these types of business, especially in the pricing department, with a typical subscription to these platforms costing thousands per month. Though platforms like HouseCall Pro and Jobber are similarly priced on paper, they operate on a per-user billing model, leading to unpredicatable pricing. In addition, these solutions don’t cover the full spectrum of needs a small business has. TakeStock is vertically-integrated to be the only software you need. Most importantly of all: We’re a small business ourselves. We don’t give you a 1 hour briefing and send you on your merry way. We ensure you have a successful transition to TakeStock.
